Thanks so much for resuming your free golf tips. They are a great refresher course after a long winter. I came down from a 14.7 , to a 8.7 last year, and some of your drills helped.

    Thanks from Aspen, Bill

    Hi CJ,

This is excellent advice for bunker shots on a low easy bunker, but how do I get out of a bunker with very high/deep/steep sides? even trying to go sideways for me is a nightmare to get out off.

So glad you ask me this. we keep the same set up as a normal bunker shot, however we do adjust a bit. Try a little more knee flex which will lower the grip/handle of the club. Accelerating through the sand will also help your club to finish higher and cause the ball flight to be higher.
Let me know if this works for you or if you have any other questions.

      More power to ya,
      Bobby Wilson
